At The Lure Haus, every order is prepared with care. Because our fragrances are crafted in-house, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping is available for those who prefer delivery within 2–3 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders generally arrive within 10–21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Carrier Delays and Customs
While we take every step to ensure your order leaves us on time, The Lure Haus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking information has not updated in an unusual amount of time, we encourage you to reach out — we are happy to help investigate.
