Due to the personal nature of fragrance, all sales at The Lure Haus are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on fragrance products, including our full-size bottles and Discovery Kits. This is standard practice in the fragrance and personal care industry, and we appreciate your understanding.
We encourage you to explore our Discovery Kit before committing to a full bottle. It exists precisely for this purpose — to help you find the scent that belongs in your ritual before you invest in a full experience.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us at info@thelurehaus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted outside of the 7-day window cannot be accommodated.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@thelurehaus.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Lost package cases are handled individually, and we are committed to working toward a fair resolution for every customer.
